  1. I’m dying to try this. I’m going to have to use my oven though, as I don’t
    have a dehydrator yet. What cut of meat did you use? Was is just a roast?

  3. hay M.P.i put meat in a 1 gallon zip top bag then add the curing brine
    push out exes air and zip then massage content every 1/2 hr till allotted
    time is up

  4. Nice looking jerky! It is a must DIY cause it is so expensive in the
    stores for what you get.

    grocery store now 🙂 Have you ever tried Montreal Seasoning? It’s great on
    steak when grilling, I can imagine it’s great on jerky too!

  6. great vid will have to try my own jerky do you have to use the liquid smoke
    because in the uk i dont think i can get it atb matt
